My Story

I’ve been working with the Enneagram for the last 5 years. In years prior, I used to be very skeptical of personality systems (like the Myers-Briggs or the Enneagram). I absolutely hated when my friends would try to put me in a box and tell me what type I was and what that meant about me. It wasn’t until I went to a retreat in 2019 where a speaker introduced the Enneagram to me in a personal and powerful way.

As I looked deeper into the Enneagram, I began to feel increasingly uncomfortable. I found things described about me (as a type 2) that I had never told another living soul about! How could this tool know this was how I saw the world?

The Enneagram helped me recognize my blind spot patterns that were causing relational ruptures in my life (as a recovering type 2 who struggles with people-pleasing). It also helped me relate to and work better with people of all nine types on the Enneagram, who see the world VERY differently!

Many books, podcasts, cohorts, and a certification program later, I am now passionate about bringing this same type of awareness to others who want to know themselves and their loved ones better.

More About Me

I am an Enneagram type 2 (self-preservation, with a large 1 wing).

I am a daughter of Korean immigrants.

I live and work in California, but I miss New England autumns at Amherst College (not the winters, though!).

I love a good milk tea with honey boba (especially roasted oolong).

I spent 8+ years in Silicon Valley as a project and program manager.

I am an ISFJ on the Myers-Briggs (and love to use the MBTI system in my coaching as well).

I am a Christian, and can offer faith-based enneagram coaching upon request.

I love dogs. A lot.

If you’re stuck repeating a toxic cycle, have noticed recurring patterns in your life, or feel like you’re hitting a wall, please know that I’ve been there.

I hope you’ll let me work with you to identify blind spots, grow in self-love and confidence, and carry your healing forward to others.
